OK this is a horrible attempt at making a faraday box. If I can make this work, I will make a bigger enclosure. What is a faraday box? A Faraday cage or Faraday shield is an enclosure used to block electromagnetic fields. A Faraday shield may be formed by a continuous covering of conductive material, or in the case of a Faraday cage, by a mesh of such materials. Faraday cages are named after scientist Michael Faraday, who invented them in 1836.

A faraday box also blocks radio waves and used for spirit boxes to ensure no radio signals are coming through. It is very rare to see people in the ITC community as well as investigators to use this method. Either because they don’t know of them, don’t know how to make them or because they know it works and well aware they won’t get the attention when nothing comes through.
