A walk with Riley and Rusty turned into a daytime look at the Clayton Farm in Cedar County aka Home.
Katrina and I live a quarter mile away up the hill from the farm we have investigated before.
About a little over a mile is Turkey Creek, aka The Civil War Slaughter.
After you pass through the creek, wrap around the curves and head up the hill you will find the very active Simrell Cemetery with the quiet lil church that if you can take it, park in the path heading into the cemetery, wait for the shadow people to walk by going back and forth from church to Cemetery.
Now with all that history, plus having Indian camp site's all around our property might just explain why our home occasionally gets a shadow of something we can't see what's casting it to the sounds of stones clacking together as if arrowheads are being made.
