President Joe Biden took aim at ghost guns, assault weapon ownership and at one point a hunter, during a speech announcing Steve Dettlebach as his nominee to run the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. The president, while calling for assault weapons to be banned, also made a joke about a hunter who needed 20 rounds of ammunition as being a poor shot.
