On this episode of CERBERUS ZOO, we find ourselves deep, in the damp, dark, foreboding darkness of the SLEEP section of The Zoo, as we take a look at a sleep disorder that is said to affect millions of people from all over the world – SLEEP PARALYSIS.

Once known as ‘Old Hag Syndrome’, Doctors and Scientists assure us that this phenomenon can all be explained scientifically, and is due to the complex nature of sleep and the human brain.

People who suffer from the debilitating and terrifying effects of Sleep Paralysis, are not so sure, and many times are not willing to accept the scientific theory.

So what is Sleep Paralysis? A scientific sleep disorder, or is there something more to it… Something a little more malevolent in nature?
