Ghost Adventures investigates the vacation community of Lake Arrowhead, California, and a mysterious pair of buildings: Bracken Fern Manor and the Tudor House. Rumored to have been built and run by mobsters - including the famously brutal Bugsy Siegel - this former resort is steeped in dark history. The Bracken Fern managers tell the guys stories of killings and hauntings that strongly indicate a mafia presence in the 1920's and 30's. Zak hears from Eva, a terrified housekeeper at the Bracken Fern.

Paranormal investigators Zak Bagans and Aaron Goodwin, along with A/V techs Billy Tolley and Jay Wasley, travel to haunted destinations where they meet with eyewitnesses and experts to piece together the haunted history of each site. They then begin a dusk-to-dawn lockdown investigation, using the latest technology to confront the reported paranormal activity and document key evidence in an effort to uncover the truth behind each haunting mystery.
