This is the second piece of recorded audio that we believe has a clear, defined voice contained within it.
While experimenting with the 'Project Paranormal' app, which features word banks of ancient dead languages recorded in reverse, the teams recorded a disturbing sentence spoken in English...and a possible second voice, also speaking in English but a little harder to decipher...
