Have you ever been walking or driving alone in the dark, and all of a sudden a street light above you turns on or off spontaneously as if you made it happen yourself? SLI or Street Light Interference is a phenomena that I have been experiencing my whole life. At this point in my life I notice it daily. Street lights, and other electrical malfunctions all around me. Hillary Evans coined the term ‘SLIders’ in her book “The SLI Effect”to give a name to the witnesses who experience this strange phenomena.
