Located in Derby, Connecticut, the historic Sterling Opera House was built in 1889 and over the years showcased many famous people, including Bob Hope, Amelia Earhart, and Harry Houdini. It closed as an opera house in 1945, but it then served as a town hall and police station for the town of Derby until 1960. Soon after. the building went into disrepair, but efforts are currently underway to restore and preserve the building. In recent times, the building has become a hot spot of paranormal activity, including that of the "Green Lady", who, when angry, may throw items at investigators. EVPs have been captured on recording and strange anomalies have appeared in photographs. Charles, Stephen, and Heidi, joined by other friends such as Tara of Riseup CT, author Joni Mayhan, and Cynthia Mattison, journal to the opera house to see if ghosts do exist here.
