REAL HORROR HAS A PLACE ... DARK WATERS A true tale of the paranormal.

A para-documentary on an abandoned early Regency period ornamental lake that once stood as a feature for a now long gone country house and estate.

The lake was dug by the hands of impoverished Irish labourers who risked life and limb to create a water folly for a long-gone mansion house that drew its final breath during the mid-1920s, and even in its final days, a gardener was found dead in a well.

Over the years many weird and quite unexplainable events have occurred there from a ghostly wailing and screaming women, aerial phenomena, and the alleged disappearance of a soldier in WW2.

Even today, the run-down lake is a hive of paranormal activity and during the day visitors, have experienced the sensation of eyes following their every move and an omnipresent feeling of sadness and death.

This is a most extraordinary place, and without doubt, it will continue to provide paranormal activity in the years to come.
