unbelievable. a pharmacist messes up by shorting us 20 tablets and would rather my wife die through withdrawals than accept responsibility.
our doctors surgery, whilst have done nothing wrong a prescribed correctly- REFUSE also to help by doing another prescription.
the names of the surgery and chemist are as follows.
St James Surgery, gains Lane Devizes Wiltshire.
Devizes chemist, 1 little Britox Devizes, Wiltshire.

Ok... see this pharmacist his credentials are of the England, aka, UK- England, Scotland Wales, Ireland, Northern Ireland....

This specific pharmacist, of said area has messed up by only releasing only 8 tablets when actually 28 tablets were due..
We have been to hell and back explaining the mistake and proving the mistake they had made- yet they DO NOT CARE!!
I personally understand how much they're licensing is worth yet they care nothing and fully believe they have done nothing wrong; when actually they have really messed up my wife- due to not allowing enough tablets to come signed though.
They know they are over 20 short but don't care....even mocking and laughing of the situation.
Why did you take such an oath if this was funny too you?
