This seems to be a light of some sort, but the ceiling light was not on, although the shape is similar to it.. You can see it move around, and stretch to the couch below where the dog is sitting. I had seen it on the webcam (located in another room) and decided to record it. I also checked out the room itself, and didn't see it in person.
