Probably the most #frightening and #mysterious form of #paranormal #haunting that people throughout the world report has to be encounters with shadow people. #shadowpeople are usually associated with something called sleep paralysis. It is during this state that these alleged shadow people or shadow beings can be found. Those who encounter the scary shadows claim that they feed off of human emotion and energy.
