In the final archive video, I look back to the explore of the street known as "Billionaires Row", a largely abandoned road with disused mansions worth around £350 million. Some landowners are simply awaiting the increase of land prices, others have been accused of tax avoidance.

Please note, this was filmed over 2 years ago, and since then it's believed that these houses have sadly been demolished.

As for the university, I wish I could've got into more, but sadly the site was covered in workers and many of the buildings were being demolished whilst I was there. It shut down and was modernised in a new location, with houses now built/being built on that land.
