Social Media websites give you cancer of the personality. That is a fact proven by men in white coats, with glasses. If you own an iPad an iPod, an iPhone, or anything preceded by a lower case i, you are seriously retarding the progress of humanity. If you abuse Facebook or Twitter you are no better than a slug in that, you may or may not be self-aware, but your sole contribution to the planet you waste space on is some physical evidence of where your sweaty ass has been parked while you bore people with status updates you think are clever, and endless memes, usually involving a cute animal displaying what appears to be some kind of human attribute. The people who look at your pictures on Instagram only do so because they're stuck in the internet. I'm not saying the people who bury their noses in their phones in public are doing anything wrong; what I am saying is that they are not really people. Put the internet down. It will still be here when you get back
