Second investigation of the Daviess County Squirrel Cage Jail in Gallatin, MO. This is the same spot that we caught the shadow figure with S.P.O.O.KS on our first investigation. We put up a Laser grid light that was plugged in the wall and it was running for around 20 minutes. Then all of a sudden it starts flashing for no apparent reason. Jim walked towards it and it stopped. We can't explain this and we had it running for about another 30 minutes and never experienced the flashing again. There is no setting on this laser light where it should flash. We are not ruling this as paranormal just an unexplained occurrence. We were with @ Steve Bowman and members of All Souls Paranormal Research Society.
