Here we have footage that appear to show some paranormal activity of ghosts caught on tape in an old English pub based in southend on sea, Essex. Called the Castle Pub there seems to be a mysterious shadow in the living area of the pub this CCTV footage shows a shadow and possibly even make out a figure travelling accross the corridor between rooms. Further investigations of the pub and its activity may be necessary, people have alerted us of a monk that haunts the pub.
