Ghost Investigation The Stonehouse Old Brewery! April 28th, 7-11pm. Come join SPIS in an exclusive event never been done before at Stonehouse Brewery, other than by famous Ghost Adventures! We will be doing a full investigation with all the equipment like you see on tv. Ever want to try and catch a ghost on film or audio....now's your chance! Tickets are $20 for investigation and $30 for VIP swag bag and investigation. Tickets are pre-pay via Paypal.

Have you ever wondering about the secret passage under the Stonehouse? Come get an underground tour, you might pop out somewhere surprising? Entry into the mystery! Waiver & waders required!! The beer larger cave was built circa 1852 to keep the beer cool. The Old Brewery was one of the oldest breweries west of Mississippi, when Nikko Wu took over during 2003, there were 2000 beer bottles in the Grotto cave. Many town people would tell her story of the good old days, they were roaming around underground, stealing whiskey out of bars (sometime the whole case was too heavy for the youngster to carry.... Nowadays, the bars got smart, gates were built to prevent Ghost Smuggler...) There are many buildings you may see the entry to the network. The Grotto itself is popular with weddings, photo shoot and filming, the underground was investigated by Travel Channel's Ghost Adventure, there is one hour program about it: http://youtu.be/0EU7w7eTnwI, Preview: http://youtu.be/1FxnrKYNiT0 The 5 passage tunnels were part of the 3,000 miles underground network connecting to all different part of town, you may see some model/detailed map at Empire Mine. It was used by Chinese Coolies (Laborers), who were not allow to walk within city limit, to China Town(now Commercial/York Street, Nevada City, you may see the Chinese Monument there), ladies of the night, bootlegger and the gentleman, who would tell their wives that they were going to the Brewery but disappeared into other fancy houses via this secret passage....
