Loch Leven castle, is allegedly haunted by Mary Queen of Scots, at the spot where she signed her abdication. However, the veracity of this tale is suspect, as are many of the alleged hauntings by Mary, Queen of Scots, due to the vast quantity throughout Scotland's locations

This, however, is not to say that it's not possible and certainly, an open flexible mind is suggested while dealing with such stories. If you approach each case with a closed debunking mentality, then you are doing a disservice to not only yourselves, but those with an interest and following your work closely.
