After people reported seeing a creepy salmon colored monkey scaring players while playing Gorilla Tag some were quick to make theories on what it could be, a bot? an AI? a hacker? a modder? Tons of creepypastas went viral all over YouTube and TikTok, people started posting their PBBV sightings and more. It got to the point where some players were even too afraid to play alone. Shortly after, somebody created a cyan colored monkey named Echo, which is yet another GorillaTag ghost said to roam in random servers but this time it's a passive monkey. She doesn't attack players like PBBV does, she's the exact opposite, Echo the ghost gorilla was supposed to stop PBBV and save players. She has abnormally long arms and moves very quickly.
