Episode 2 of Haunted Berlin where Morton and Hicxs investigate Alte Villa for the paranormal. They definitely found some activity at this one.
Best viewed alone in the dark with headphones on and the volume at max.

In the first half of the 1960s, the most modern circus winter quarter in Europe was built here (or on the neighboring property). On 11.5 hectares, stables, workshops, exercise masks, dwellings and halls were built to accommodate vehicles. The quarter served the state circus of the GDR, founded in 1960, which was assigned to the Treuhandanstalt in 1990 and subsequently split into individual companies. In 1990, the resulting Winterquartier GmbH was wound up. The animals were sold. The lodging was largely demolished and only 3 buildings remain. Now there is a plant center nearby. It started off as 3 circuses that were merged into 1: Zirkusse Barlay, Olympia+ Berolina, and Busch. And then officially VEB Zentral-Zirkus.
