The Gaumont Cinema opened on 22nd April 1922 a period and date we have found Ian Brady very much lived in and interested in. Ashton was a central point to them , its history and surrounding towns and villages all link to their victims. Interesting that Jimmy Savile also had an interest in the area and even started his DJ discos above a building owned by the Shepherds Society an ancient order that he obviously joined with his links to the landscape. Savile knew Brady 100%. Savile bought the Ballroom in Ashton when Ian and Myra were arrested , one which Myra stated they visited. Far too much connects them with their hobbies like Bike Rallies and Rock climbing and why was it Farmers land targeted by Brady ?? all that is on our Group Facebook link at the top of the channel. Here though EVPs were captured on a day visit to the empty cinema , we heard a few of them but not all at the time , We continue our work and have a connection to the Cinema and area of Ashton with two of the victims mentioned linked , John Kilbride and also a Jennifer Tighe . That I will also add as an area of interest for her being taken to has now been worked out .
