An EVP session taken on the old Durham to Bishop Auckland line at former Hunwick station - the tracks and platforms long gone following the Beeching cuts in the late 1960s

Today the rail line is a walk / cycle path / Bridleway that stretches from Bishop Auckland to Brandon, just to the south of Durham

so on a whim I went there just to see if there was anyone still around at this once busy but long gone station.... might go and do others now the weather is improving - always fancied trying Wolsingham and Stanhope stations where the Weardale line still (I think) runs occasionally and the stations are intact
