Its the day after our game against the Nevada Kings a very mild practice as most of the team could not make it. But James brought a white board so we could draw out some defensive plays should have filmed it for the team members who could not make it but we may start doing that. Plus it will teach others howto ball better sometimes its easier just to show you rather then for our team or viewers to watch us scrimmage. So will be bringing white boards to practice and our future games to help implement better formations. This was a mild practice Big James and I played a couple games of 21 smoke is uber bad due to the Dixie Fire then a beautiful sunset revealed itself at dusk which is a rarity considering how terrible the smoke was when we first arrived so yeah it cleared up a little. Shannon showed up so all we did is practiced shooting all of us were pretty tired from the game the night before I mean it takes quite a bit out of you to run from one side of the court to the other. So we just worked on perfecting our shots. So you will see about a half hour of us shooting and throwing some balls up. I could have filmed probably another half hour of that but you get the idea. Ill also address our team about last nights game against the Nevada Kings so if your a player on the team take the time to at least listen to what I have to say its going to help you trust me. I am by no means a perfect player but I am a believer in worker harder in order to better your capabilities and so I am at practice to do just that smoke or no smoke but no less shooting that ball off into the sunset! What more could I ask for this my friends is hope!
