Our friend Bob Fountain passed away on January 31st, 2023. My wife and I met Bob almost 4 years ago at the Outer Realm Fest in Harriman, Tennessee. We immediately formed a bond and became good friends as we discovered many similarities between us. One of those, for example, that Bob and I were both “Yankees” married to a “passionate” southern woman. He became a regular special guest on my show and even held a spot on the Paranormal Council. When he wasn’t on the show, he was in the chat being the one asking the tough questions to all the guests. Bob always loved a good conversation but he wanted to make sure you weren’t full of hot air. He would always find a question that would challenge the way you thought about certain topics. I think it was his way of testing you and keeping you on your toes. His sense of humor was often on the dark side but that’s how we loved it. We could always count on Bob to not let something slide by. Even off camera, Bob was the same person through and through. I remember quite a few conversations I would have on the cell phone talking until almost 2 in the morning about paranormal theory and the industry. Over the 3 plus years he became an honorary member of the family as his regular presence was always expected and welcomed. Between his passion for “by the book” paranormal investigations, sense of humor, and thought provoking conversations...he will be missed. Love you Bob.
