This cemetery is the last remnants of a German colony deep in the woods. They were the first German settlers in the state on Indiana. The town is so old that the local historian knew nothing about it. The only thing left of the town is miles of hand built rock fences, a church that has long fallen in on itself, and the cemetery, the last burial was in the 1940s. We caught many intelligent voices out here and will be going back soon.
