Margam Castle in South Wales has to be one of the most unnerving places that we have investigated to date. Built on the land of a destroyed monastery, it certainly gave us some of our scariest moments including something creeping around the room with us. Sadly the audio doesn't seem to capture what we were hearing but it was fairly loud to us.

Please note this is a couple of years old now, and was intended as a live feed investigation, hence it isn't quality footage. Hopefully, you enjoy it anyway.
