I have experienced sleep paralysis 3rd times already. I have some paranormal experienced and I show no fear to this. If you are in this situation you must not show your fear, and you must not give the devil the opportunity to overcome your faith. If you are in this situation, the best thing you can do is to continuously calling the name of Jesus and added to His name the words "by the Holy Blood of Jesus evil spirit go away".
If you follow that, I can assure you that you will win your battle and the devil will sure to understand that they cannot control you and they will accept defeat because they that you are under God's guidance and His protection will be yours for the rest of your battle.
