Dodge just announced their latest "last call" special edition for 2023. This time it's the Black Ghost. The 2023 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Black Ghost Edition is a throwback to the 1970 426 equipped black ghost car that terrorized the streets of Detroit. With only 300 being made for the 2023 model year this will be an extremely rare car. What do you think of the Black Ghost Hellcat?
