Thanks for stopping by everyone! Look, as a leader, it's a tough subject, but if you're going to be using investigation fees, it can really grow your group!! If the investigation cost $300 and there's 10 people going, it's an easy 30 a pop... but what if you get a free location? If you have a minimum investigation fee of $15, and you bring 10 people, your group has $150 added to the account for extra batteries, new equipment, or lowing the cost of a big investigation! Now, what we're discussing here is using an investigation fee log book to make sure everyone paid. Also, a technique where you can charge $20 for the minimum investigation fee and "pay" $5 for a written or video response of how they felt the investigation went. It's still $15, but you get 10 different perspectives of what happened throughout the night!!

Let us know what you think! If you do a lot of investigations, it might be hard to keep track of who paid. With the log book, you'll be able to stay focused, and be sure everyone is on the same page!
