I've had paranormal activity in my home/office before directly connected to the passing of immediate family, as a sign they are visiting to say hello and are OK in the afterlife. Usually, the activity in that scenario is more vague and intuitive. But I've NEVER had random activity happen, let alone activity this intense with intelligent Spirit communication, on a whim out of the blue, not seemingly connected to anyone that I know or any recent events. I cannot say who this is in my kitchen. This incident occurred in the month of May 2021, just 3 months after Mason (my dog) passed. But there's no way of knowing if it's a Spirit from my own family/pet line, one of higher dimensions (guides, angels etc.) or if it's a random Spirit-ghost just passing through my house while floating around the neighborhood.
