We travelled for four hours to get to this location, its a small but very active place. Derby gaol (pronounced jail) has seen many horrible executions and plenty of prisoner executions so no wonder it has such a haunted reputation.

Its owner, well known paranormal historian Richard Felix, has been looking after the gaol for over 20 years, he didn't want it to be another old and fascinating location steeped in history knocked down to become housing or offices so he has vowed to keep it running as best he can so it can be kept open and used as a museum so the public can see for themselves all the history in the building.

Our investigation there was one to remember and we are so glad we made the long journey.
