Psychic Medium Stephanie Burke and paranormal researcher Tim Weisberg conduct an EchoVox session outside the former 112 Ocean Avenue home made famous by "The Amityville Horror." The two conducted the investigation for the Tubi documentary "Famously Haunted: Amityville." The Estes Method is a technique of instrumental transcommunication (ITC) in which the person listening to the spirit box or ghost box device cannot hear the questions asked, and only repeats what is coming from the device itself. Stephanie and Tim don't use a spirit box, but rather EchoVox, an app that uses only phonetic human speech as opposed to radio waves. The EchoVox device was loud enough that the viewer can hear what was coming through as Stephanie was hearing it.
