Giveaway Rules!

OFFICIAL PPONY 2K GIVEAWAY RULES! – PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE ENTERING:

How To Enter and How the Giveaway works:
1. You must be 18yrs or older to enter and have read all of the rules, below.
2. Send an email to PPONY2KCONTEST@GMAIL.COM and put “2K Contest” as your subject line. Duplicate entries will be deleted.
3. State your YouTube screen name in the body of the email and that you would like to be entered into the giveaway. If you would like to be added to the PPONY mailing list, feel free to include your name and address. Otherwise, your information will be deleted once the giveaway is over.
4. Be present on the account you entered with at the livestream on December 6, 2021 at 7pm EST on the Purgatory Paranormal of NY YouTube channel.
5. During the live stream at some point, winners will be chosen using www.wheelofnames.com .
6. In order to receive a prize, winners must be willing to send their name and mailing address to the same email above and I must be able to mail to your location.
7. If technical difficulties arise at the time the winner is to be chosen, attempts to choose a winner randomly will continue until all prizes have been awarded.
8. If you win, you will be contacted after that date for a way to receive your prize.
9. At this time, prizes include ONE Radio Shack 20-125 and ONE Memorex 2xtreme radio, two PPONY original mugs and two small external speakers. Other prizes may be added before the December 6th date.
10. Youtube does not endorse or sponsor, nor are they affiliated with, this giveaway. By entering this giveaway, you are confirming that you release YouTube from any and all liability related to this contest.
11. This contest seeks to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including US and International sanctions. If a prize cannot be sent from New York to your state or country, you will be ineligible. If this is discovered after a prize is awarded, prize will be forfeited.
12. This contest is free to enter. You do not have to be a subscriber.
13. You are responsible for your own local laws, taxes, fees, and duties regarding giveaways and contests.
14. No third-party is involved in this contest.
15. You retain all ownership of your entry.

17. All prizes will be awarded within one month following the award date of December 6, 2021.
