Bridget Finklaire is an author & spiritual teacher. She's also a qualified psychotherapist & hypnotherapist and has spent over 25 years in the field of spiritual development. She worked for 18 years as a consultant therapist, three of which were in London's Harley Street.
She wrote her debut novel, Red Dress, as a light-hearted, entertaining but informative read. It's the first in a trilogy that follows Katy Fralinski and is fiction. However, the events loosely follow Bridget's own life. Like Katy, the author was a Harley Street therapist. Unlike Katy, she's been on a spiritual journey for almost 30 years.
Bridget's 'why' or 'purpose' is transformation. Her core message is 'Love is the Way.'
The Bone Circle© is a training course that Bridget developed in 2017 as a programme for positive transformation. It helps you discover who you are, what you've come here to do (your passion or soul-purpose) and how to create what you'd love. Importantly, it shows you how to spot and overcome sabotaging patterns. The teaching draws on over 25 years of experience in personal development, spirituality and psychotherapy.
Bridget has facilitated and taught courses in intuition, creating, meditation, healing and feng shui and currently facilitates a study group for The Book of Knowledge: The Keys of Enoch® by Dr JJ Hurtak.
