Police: Former Park Center Student Killed by ‘Ghost Gun’

Nearly two weeks after former Park Center student Syoka Siko was shot to death, investigators say they've arrested two teenagers believed to be involved. Police say the 17-year-olds killed the victim using a so-called "ghost gun" purchased through the internet. What’s not entirely clear is whether the shooting was intentional or accidental. Police believe one of the teens was in the vehicle with Siko when he fired his gun. “We believe the intended target was outside the vehicle. Unintended targets were inside the vehicle,” said Bruley.
