Possible Screech Owl Skull Found On Mars?

Although this is not a new discovery, I think it merits a second look. In my opinion this is an excellent example of a bird skull, it could be something else, but it looks remarkably like an owls skull, most notably a screeching owl. If Mars was once like earth then its likely it had a vast array of animal life, including birds, so it is possible that a variety of owl once roamed the Martian skies.
