In this video, myself and High Times was looking for places to go. We had tried a few local places but didn't have any luck. So we headed over to Winstanly Hall.
After parking up and walking for a few miles as we had to take the long way around to avoid being seen by the local farmers.

Half way through the walk we come across the point of no return. As we continued High Times heard some loud bangs, I didn't think much of them. It was only apparent when we seen animal feeders all over the place. We walked into a game hunting area. So the bangs heard was from people shooting pheasants.
Still, this didn't stop us from continuing. We was just extra vigilant when walking through the trees.

The first time you see Winstanley Hall is amazing. The building is very well hidden. It's not something you walk past and see.

Unfortunately the building is in a bad condition. The council knocked back plans for the new owners as they wanted to make apartments with it. I couldn't find the reason it was rejected.

The beautiful thing about it being so damaged is you can see how nature is reclaiming it all back.
