Ok this is real Poltergeist activity caught in my Living room, .At this time i was asking a negative spirit if he did not like the small bible i had put standing on some other book to knock it down, I had been reading the Lords Prayer just be for this happened. Though i was right near the Table i am pretty sure i did not knock it as the book would of fell forward the way it was standing.I was standing at least 6-12 Inches away from the table. Book is just in front of me to the right a little and i was about o move away from the table when this happened, if i had knocked the table you would of seen the table move, which it didn't, A motion sensor on to of the Book Cupboard also went of around that time you can see a light showing top right od screen, that was the motion sensor
