Who is the figure that family members see wandering through their home and what do they want?

Here is a preview of the story. “I got up to talk to her, and there was not anyone in their room. It turns out she was down in the basement. The next experience I had was in the basement. My friend, sister, and I were sleeping down there that night (it was the cool room with the big TV, comfy couch, and giant beanbag chair). The room was split and had one of those accordion dividers at one point, so the one half was a living room, and the other half was our computer room. I woke up in the middle of the night and looked over towards the computer desk; the TV and all the lights were out, so to the computer my eyes went. Between the monitor and tower, there was an orange, green, and blue light. When I looked over, I saw all those lights, plus two additional red lights.
