This is our second visit to The Spalding Inn. We stayed in the Carriage House which is behind the main hotel. We checked in on Thursday June 25th. We booked room 12, where we had experienced many interesting anomalies back in December 2009. We entered the room at 5 pm and all was well. We returned moments later with our bags and the alarm clock/radio was on. White noise was blaring out of it. The radio switch and alarm were off so we just unplugged it and put it in the dresser drawer. I guess someone was greeting us! We were able to debunk some of the high EMF readings we had obtained back in 2009. Upon further inspection, there is an electrical box right outside this room. This would account for many of the readings we documented on & around the couch. Nonetheless, we still continued to experience strange activity. Is paranormal activity able to occur more easily due to this high energy field?
