Daywalkers Paranormal conducts an EVP session inside the Spring Valley Cemetery inside the old Fort Harrison grounds. "In 1903, the cemetery was included within the area the federal government acquired for the construction of Fort Benjamin Harrison. The Army tried unsuccessfully several times to have the cemetery condemned and relocated, but failed. In 1997, the base was closed, and the area has been developed by expansion of the city of Lawrence. The cemetery is still open for burials." "A commorative marker at the cemetery indicates it was originally the Thomas Silvey Cemetery."
