Thursdays tend to be dead at the MAC very little scrimmages going on or even team players showing up. So I decided to do a coaches reel video showing you how to switch hands, rotate the ball and switching off when your taking the ball out then driving. A good video for beginner ballers who are looking to move the ball more fluently. You can take my tips constructively or not lots of really great shots including a half court one, rushes to the hoop, moving the ball around the key and tips on how to cut your corners a little more so you can drive to the hoop. By no means am I an expert my body is failing me but before it does I hope I can pass my knowledge onto others before it does so that our next generation of ballers can get something out of our basketball scrimmages, games and videos I put out there publicly. Rest assured this is some good stuff so check it out try to take what I am giving you and learn from it because its definitely going to up your game whether your on defense taking it to the key or your offense driving it thru the key! This is not just going to help you but its going to help my team. Because were not in league I do not coach my players as much at the moment this kind of allows me to without the distractions, noise or interference from other happenings. Basketball is about growth you will NEVER learn all their is to know about this sport however you can strengthen what you want to know!
