Two days before Christmas not a player was stirring at the MAC well there was two Lord Rick and Robert. Robert is our newest player on the team a totally well seasoned player in every area. He knows what its like to take 1st place and he knows the game well. Well enough to kick my arse multiple times although some games were close he is focused and he makes his shots when they matter most such as three pointers always staying ahead. We are the two oldest guys on the team battling it out. I been wanting to verse Robert more and it was an honor to spend some time just competing against him right before holiday break. I also found out that playing with Santa Hats can be a bit challenging the ball at the end of it wacks you in the face every time you pivot or shoot if you cant tell lol. But we played some eleven and twenty one kept it light but fun and got to work off some calories before all the big holiday dinner I cooked! The MAC put up a Christmas Tree they even had blue lights around the court I could not think of a better way to spend my evening! I look forward to seeing Roberts growth on the team he brings the magic in the upcoming year! Not many players beat me often he managed too and as a coach that really makes me proud to see how developed he is as a baller total respect GO PHANTOMS!
