Το Τατόι ανήκει σε εκείνες τις τοποθεσίες όπου κρύβουν ιδιαίτερη ιστορία αλλά η εγκατάλειψη και η σημαντικότητα των προσώπων που πέρασαν από αυτό τους έδωσαν μία αύρα μυστηρίου.

Οι έκθεση των χώρων των πρώην βασιλικών ανακτόρων μετά την εγκατάλειψη τους σε καταστάσεις, που κανείς δεν μπορεί να γνωρίζει δημιούργησαν ένα μείγμα μυστηρίου και αστικών μύθων.

Παρόλα αυτά το δασόκτημα Τατοΐου παραμένει ένας σημαντικός χώρος χαλάρωσης και διαφυγής από την καθημερινότητα της πόλης με ένα ιδιαίτερο ιστορικό χαρακτήρα λόγο των κτιρίων που ακόμα και στην κατάσταση που βρίσκονται σήμερα η αρχιτεκτονική τους σε συνδυασμό με το πυκνό δάσος που τα περικλείει δημιουργούν μία ατμόσφαιρα που δεν συναντάς αλλού στην Ελλάδα.

Tatoi belongs to those places where they have a special history, but the abandonment and significance of the people who passed through it gave them a sense of mystery.

The exposition of the former royal palaces' sites after abandoning them in situations that no one can know created a mixture of mystery and urban myths.

Nevertheless, the Tatoi forest remains an important area of relaxation and escape from the everyday life of the city with a particular historical character due to the buildings that even in their present state of architecture combined with the dense forest surrounding them create an atmosphere that you find elsewhere in Greece.
