In this haunted tale we hear about an old sea captain who after retiring from being at sea all his life, went mad. This runs in the family as his Grandfather was convicted for murdering 7 people.

a guy bought an old house facing the River Mersey in the Merseyside area near Liverpool.
The landlord purchased the massive house to turn it into 5 flats. As the foreman in-charge of the job went into the house to give it a proper survey. He made his way to the top floor of the house. He went rooting and found an old sexant, wheel off a ship, compass old brass scope and a used worn cutlass in the chest of the room. The wheel looked out at sea. As he was looking outside he had the feeling he was on board an old ship.
This scared him as he could hear the ghostly sound of waves crashing and seagulls around him.

After the work was finished the residents in the flats began to hear awful noises. One of the residents had his girlfriend stay over, after being woken by the noise she crept to the door and peeped through the keyhole... WHAT DID SHE SEE??? Watch the video to find out.
