On June 4, 2016 the team investigated the Fairfield-Gutzeit House in Bath, Ontario.
After investigating the property, Rachel and Susan headed up to the second floor of the house. Earlier in the evening as the team toured the house, Jim, Jay and Susan had picked up on a ringing/buzzing sensation in their ears when they went into the bathroom area. Each of them had visited the upper floor on their own and had no idea what the other had experienced.
Susan and Rachel placed the REM Pod and K2 in the bathroom area in hopes that whomever was in there would try and communicate.
