The Haunting Red Eye by Paranormal Time

A young man delivering a package to an abandoned villa called Sunvilla, which is rumored to be haunted. The protagonist, despite his fear, enters the villa, which is very dusty and has skeletons lying around. While climbing up the stairs, he hears a scream and bumps into someone. He then runs down to the garden, where he sees a ghost. He chants a spell, but the ghost raises his axe and makes the protagonist feel like a lame goat. Suddenly, a stone hits the ghost on the head, and a man, who turns out to be the protagonist's friend, John, appears on the staircase. John confesses that there was no delivery; it was a prank, and they had no idea the place was haunted. They then realize that they are fighting a ghost and run to the second floor. John hides in a box, while the protagonist goes up to the third floor. The ghost chases him, but John pulls the ghost by the arm and makes him fall on the floor. They both laugh and realize that a ghost is a man, not a ghost. They come down, and the protagonist takes the ghost's axe. John cautions the protagonist not to commit a crime and calls the police. The protagonist, in a mood to kill, chants a hymn and comes down in a dramatic fashion. He then realizes that the ghost was the man he saw at Ms. Parker's mansion before the party. They witnessed a robbery there the previous night, and Ms. Parker saw a skinny bald shadow. The man was the thief, and the protagonist chases him to kill him, but the police arrive, and the thief is caught.
and at last, he saw up stair a red-dressed lady with an axe. The protagonist leaves the villa and goes home.
