There aren’t many things that can be called the greatest of all time. But I think many of us can agree that the mystery of The Loch Ness Monster is one of the greatest unknowns of all time. Having been part of our dialog and history since the late 1800s, Loch Ness and the possibility of a creature living there from the prehistoric age has been the obsession of many and the inspiration for stories, books, movies and more. The search never ends for the monster and in this episode of Mythteries we’re delving into the dark and murky waters in search of Nessie.

SERIES SYNOPSIS: Mythteries: Showcase various myths and mysteries from around the world and shines the light on incidents that have rocked history and can still not be explained. Each episode will be about a creature/myth/or in some cases people that are connected to it. To this day the creepiest thing about vampires is the fact that basically every culture in the world has a vampire myth but they never communicated to each other...so how did they know about them too? This is the place where Myth and Mystery combine.
