The Portal Paranormal ITC App First Look an experimental application for spirit communications. This is a Free app in the Google Play Store . Alas there is no iOS version of the app at this time. The premise of the app is to facilitate communication between the living and the spirit worlds. All sounds are recorded in reverse to try to mitigate false positives while investigating.
