Own a paranormal oddities magic shop while living next door.

Host an outdoor séance in the summer or inside by the giant built in fireplace under the full moon lit large octagonal skylight during winter. Bistro on 2nd floor, public bathroom, loaded 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with big kitchen, laundry room and plenty of cat-friendly amentias!

This apothecary (wellness lifestyle type store) is heavily decorated with lots of magic/vampire/paranormal objects and other occult stuff. You'll be able to find (or sell) whatever your looking for in the House of Tarot Apothecary.

I tried to keep it minimalist with a spooky old-timey sterile vibe for the Apothecary and subtle splashes of color in the apartment next door.

My favorite part of this build is the roof top cabanas with séance tables.

As always and forever, my builds do not contain CC and this one doesn't either. Nothing against the CC creators, they're amazing but to keep my builds accessible to the masses and to avoid game crashes or performance issues, I don't build with CC.
